Orders are only placed online at www.cocoaulait.eu. Once an order has been placed, we cannot modify or cancel it in any case, however if this happens, it is important to contact our team.
In-stock items will ship immediately. If any product is not in stock, please come back soon, our products may return. Orders placed during holidays, bank holidays and weekends, or when there is a large volume of orders may take longer than estimated.
We ship worldwide from our warehouse in Spain with the following rates:

Europe 1: Germany, Andorra, Austria, Belgium, France, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, United Kingdom (United Kingdom) € 10.50
Europe 2: Cyprus, Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Vatican, Croatia, Denmark, Slovakia, Slovenia, Estonia and 17 other regions € 20
Middle East: Saudi Arabia, Israel, Kuwait, Qatar, Turkey € 25
America: Canada, United States (USA), Argentina, Chile, Peru, Uruguay € 25

Our orders are insured and shipped via reliable courier. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
Please make sure your address and phone number are correct during the payment. In the event of an error in the address, the shipping company returns your order to us for non-delivery, the customer will be asked to pay for the resending of their order.
Coco Au Lait is not responsible for delays in delivery or any other problem once your order leaves our offices.
Duties and Taxes
* Please note: the recipient will be liable for any local duty, tax and/or other import costs on orders placed outside of Spain and European Union. Any potential fees are out of our control.
Orders shipped to countries outside of Spain may incur duties and taxes which are applied by customs. The responsibility for any custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed rest with the customer. Should the customer refuse to pay duties and taxes held on an order applied by customs the responsibility lies with the customer to arrange for the order to be returned to Coco Au Lait in order to receive a refund.
Refunds will only be issued once return orders have been received.

We accept PayPal and Credit Cards via Shopify Payments. Full payment must be made before any order is processed.
All prices are expressed in euros (EUR). While making the payment, your total amount will be processed according to the currency of your bank card.
