You have 14 days to return any of the products you have purchased from the day the package was received. We cannot change products for another size or item, for this reason you have to reorder if you want to buy another product or size. You are responsible for the costs of return shipping and we recommend that you use a certified postal service to track your package.
If we have made a mistake regarding your order, we will bear the shipping costs. In this case, contact us at email@example.com as soon as possible.
Coco Au Lait will not accept the return of any product that has been used, washed, without a label, suffered any damage or that is not in its original package.
We cannot accept returns on sale items and swimwear for hygienic reasons.
Coco Au Lait reserves the right to examine the products carefully before accepting any return. We will only refund products that are in the same condition as when we shipped them.

The refund will be made to the same payment method in which the purchase was made. The product must be sent directly to our warehouse: Tecnopicking Attn Coco Au Lait Josep Calvet 28-32 08302 Mataró (BCN) España the cost of shipping will be paid by the customer.
In case of payment by card, the return will only be made to the cardholder with which the purchase was made. It will be essential to send an email to email@example.com requesting the return and attach the purchase receipt, where appropriate, the last 4 digits of the card with which the operation was carried out. These guarantees are additional and do not affect the rights recognized to the consumer by current legislation.
